Keeping things fair
We want you, the customer to be happy and to tell your friends all about our great service and the amazing deals you get from us. So naturally we will be inclined to always do whatever it takes to keep you on side.

However, please be aware that due to the unique way we source our products, we need you, (the customer), to be aware of our grading system. This clearly defines what you can expect from the 'condition' of the items you are ordering from us and to this end, because our margins are so small, we may use our descretion to charge a re-stocking fee should it transpire that you simply ordered the wrong product or the condition of a 'Used' book is not to your liking. We check 'every single book' when it arrives and we check again when it is dispatched.

This means that we will always know the condition of the product and as such, if it arrives to you in a condition, not as described, then we may need you to complete a compensation form from The Royal Mail, (or relevant delivery company for your territory), before we can action a refund or replacement. In any event, we can only offer postage refunds when the delivery company are found to be at fault.

We rely on a third-party, paid-for information service with regards to the information we provide for our books. Ths includes, (but is not limited to), the book description, title, author, publisher, page count, dimensions etc. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this data is correct, we can only carry out spot checks, we simply do not have the manpower, (or willpower), to check every single detail. Please bear this in mind at all times when browsing. Most book sellers online will not even attempt to give you some of this extra information, so we are giving it under a 'best endeavours' arrangement. Therefore, we hope you understand that we can't accept returns on the basis that there's a few pages less than the site stipulated or that the book is slightly smaller than our website would have you believe. Having said that, if you do spot any erroneous or incorrect data, please do let us know. Naturally any substantial differences will be dealt with appropriately.

Please also bear in mind that should you wish to return an item for a replacement of the same item, it may not be possible due to lack of stock. As described in 'Our Mission', we do not source books on a per-book basis and the stock we hold changes every week. Therefore, if we don't have another copy of the book you are returning, we may have to offer a refund instead or different book(s) to the same value.

We deal with every return individually so that we can get to the root of any problems. We are sorry if you do need to return any of our products and want to make it as easy as possible. If you wish to return a product, please contact us and state your order number, which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning. We will get back to you within 48 hours and help solve any issues.
