Where is my order?
As soon as we send your order you will receive an email from us telling you it’s
on the way. If you haven’t had an email then we are still preparing your order.
If you have had an email then it will be with you within our
delivery times.
How do I see my details or change them?
See the menu on the right border of the site? – click on ‘your account’ and put in your details to log in.
I’ve forgotten my password?
See the menu on the right border of the site? – click on ‘your account’
and, in the 'Forgotten Password, Email:' box, enter your email address that you used when you originally created your
account. Then click 'Get New Password' and it will be emailed to you.
Where do I send returns?
Follow the instructions in ‘Returns’ and email us.
We will send you an address and discuss how to solve any issues. If you have any
other questions at all, please feel free to
contact us and we will get back to
you asap.
